We have published a number of leaflets that can be downloaded and photocopied. We believe that theses leaflets can be used to illustrate why the biblical way is right. The leaflet, The divine plan for sexual conduct, is aimed at young people. It provides sound biblical advice on sexual conduct. It shows that sex is God's idea, and that it is God's will that sexual activity should take place in marriage. The meaning and purpose of marriage is described, and the biblical virtues of chastity, self-control, modesty and sexual purity are all explained. Young people are warned to flee sexual immorality. The good news of the gospel of Christ is presented and the offer of forgiveness from past sins. Essential reading for young people. The leaflet Sex education and the Bible outlines the ten essential differences between sex education and the teachings of the Bible. The ideology of sex education is weighed on the scale of biblical truth and found to be wanting. This leaflet provides powerful agreements for those who wish to challenge the current policy on sex education. The leaflet Abstinence or Chastity deals a very important issue for many people, even Christians, believe that there is no real difference. But this is not true. The leaflet shows the ten essential differences. Chastity is a way of life that seeks after God's holiness. A chaste mind strives for purity in every aspect of life. Indeed, the word biblical word for chastity (hagnos) is related the biblical word for holiness (hagios). Abstinence, on the other hand, is a pragmatic choice to refrain from certain sexual activities for an unspecified period. Indeed, the meaning of abstinence is unclear, for it means different things to different people. And it has nothing to do with biblical truth. The Bible teaches that we should abstain from sexual immorality, not from sexual intercourse. So abstinence is fundamentally amoral. The motivation is what's best for me at the time. Chastity is a moral choice to obey God's commandments. There is no more important moral issue than cohabitation. Our website receives more hits for this issue than any other. The reason is clear. Many people, especially women, are suffering a great deal of emotional turmoil because of all the uncertainty that surrounds cohabitating relationships. Our leaflet Essential differences between Marriage and Cohabitation show why marriage is the right choice. It provides a biblical view of marriage, and illustrates the unsatisfactory nature of cohabitation. The purpose of this leaflet is too help young people think the issue through, and to understand the clear benefits of marriage over cohabitation. Our pamphlet Sexual conduct: biblical advice for young people is being widely distributed in Uganda, where it has been received with great joy by young people. The booklet is based on the idea the there are only two moral ways, the narrow way that leads to life, and the broad way, that leads to destruction. The booklet teaches the meaning and purpose of marriage, and focuses on the biblical virtues of modesty and chivalry (treating women with honour and respect). Young people are provided with practical advice from the book of Proverbs, and invited to follow the narrow way.
